    吴迪(Lyla Wu)是一位创客、建筑师、设计师、艺术策展人和教育家。曾就读于新加坡国立大学、香港中文大学、南加州建筑学院和维也纳实用美术大学。毕业后供职于香港张志强事务所、凯达环球、美国的格雷戈•林恩(Greg Lynn Form)和德国的格拉夫特(Graft)等知名建筑设计公司。作为一名教育家,目前于同济大学担任客座教授,长期行走在中国数字设计和数字智造的研究及教育的前沿。2015年,吴迪在上海创立了创新实验室 Neuni_lab,一个集合数字设计、数字智造、联合办公、创新教育、品牌孵化和商业销售的一体化空间。2016年,吴迪和法国MateriO新材料平台合作,在上海创立了MateriO中国,成为中国第一个专注全球新材料培训,孵化和交易的创新平台。

    Lyla is at the same time a maker, an architect, a designer, an art curator and an educator. She studied at the National University of Singapore, Chinese University Hong Kong, the Southern California Institute of Architecture and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. After graduation Lyla went to work for AEDAS in China, Greg Lynn Form in USA, Graft in Germany and other well-known architectural and design companies internationally. As an educator, Lyla is currently serving as a visiting professor at Tongji University, always in the forefront of research and education in digital design and digital fabrication. In 2015, Lyla founded Neuni_lab, a workspace that combine innovation and prototyping in a laboratory environment, providing experimentation and integration of digital design, digital fabrication, co-working space, creative education, brand incubation and commercialization.  In 2016, Lyla obtained exclusive right to collaborate with MateriO and founded Neuni Materio China in Shanghai, thereby becoming the first world-class Chinese platform that provide training, incubation and trading of innovative materials.

    材料1(基地A):Ecopixel® 回收低密度聚乙烯材料

    (分类:塑料和橡胶)


    这是一种在120°C无限次熔化而不改变其初始性能的材料。实际上它是由100%再生LDPE组成的材料,这意味着它可以无限次地重新熔化而不会改变其属性。除此之外,其低熔融温度意味着其生产阶段的生态影响大大降低。它的像素化外观使得每一件产品都是独特的,因为这些颗粒在融合在一起时会随机聚集。除了耐腐蚀外,还有多种尺寸、形状和颜色可供选择(取决于实时材料的可用性)。不同类型的像素(半透明或不透明)使其成为真正可定制的材料。

     

    Materials 1 (Site A): Ecopixel®Recovery of low density polyethylene materials

    Classification: Plastic and rubber


    This is a material that melts an infinite number of times at 120°C without changing its initial properties.It is actually made of 100% recycled LDPE material, which means it can be remelted an infinite number of times without changing its properties.In addition, its low melting temperature means that the ecological impact of its production stage is greatly reduced.Its pixelated appearance makes each product unique because the particles cluster randomly as they blend together.In addition to corrosion resistance, a variety of sizes, shapes and colors are available (depending on real-time material availability).Different types of pixels (translucent or opaque) make it a truly customizable material.

    材料2(基地B):I-mesh 纱线网格

    (分类:纺织品)


    I-mesh这种编织工艺用的是经过树脂预浸渍的纱线,比如碳纤维、玻璃纤维、柴隆、芳纶、玄武岩纤维,再编织成类似蜘蛛网的材料。通常树脂在编织后再使用,但这种纱线在编织前就和树脂结合起来了。I-mesh可以有不同的密度、颜色(标准的是白色、黑色、灰色、金色、铜色),因此用途多样,适用于室内外。通常可以作为遮阳用途。


    Material 2 (Site B):I-mesh Yarn Grid

    Classification: Textiles


    I-mesh this weaving process USES resin preimpregnated yarn, such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, chailong, arylon, and basalt fibers, to be woven into a spider-like material.The resin is usually used after weaving, but the yarn is combined with the resin before weaving.I-mesh can have different densities and colors (standard is white, black, gray, gold, copper), so it has a variety of USES and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.Usually used as shading.

    材料3(基地C):Orineo

    Walking on coffee

    当将这些咖啡渣混合到可以在室温下加工的生物基树脂中时,作为无缝地板,它们的使用寿命又延长了20年。1平方米的咖啡厅需要50杯意式浓缩咖啡。在咖啡地板上行走时,咖啡体验仍在继续。

    Material 3 (Site C): Orineo

    When these coffee grounds are mixed into a bio-based resin that can be processed at room temperature, they extend their life as a seamless floor by another 20 years.A 1 square meter cafe requires 50 cups of espresso.The coffee experience continues as you walk on the coffee floor.

    材料4(基地D):DenimX 牛仔材料

    (分类:复合材料)


    要是自由女神像穿上了蓝色牛仔会怎么样?这种结合了回收牛仔和有机塑料的材料使得立体和超大的产品成为可能。纤维加强的材料可以根据需求变得坚硬、强韧、轻质、厚或者薄。回收的牛仔纤维是可见的,保留了其视觉效果。适用面很广:室内、室外、家具、灯具、箱子、头盔、汽车等等。


    Material 4 (Site D): DenimX Denim material

    Classification: Composite materials


    What if the Statue of Liberty wore blue jeans?This combination of recycled jeans and organic plastic makes three-dimensional and oversized products possible.Fiber reinforced materials can be hard, strong, light, thick, or thin as required.Recycled denim is visible and retains its visual effect.Wide range of applications: indoor, outdoor, furniture, lamps, boxes, helmets, cars, and so on.
